✨ About The Role
- Design, implement, and manage GTM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the customer acquisition lifecycle
- Analyze data and performance metrics to provide the GTM and executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models and pipeline management processes
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are aligned with the sales strategy and drive productivity
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue growth initiatives

- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools and technologies; advanced Excel skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals
