- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required for this role. - Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role. - Experience working with highly technical customers such as engineers, data professionals, and CTOs is essential. - Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively convey technical information. - The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders. - A proven track record of supporting sales teams in achieving targets is important for success in this position. - Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment is crucial, as priorities may change frequently.
