✨ About The Role
- Identify, acquire, onboard, and support target shefs, working hand-in-hand with new shefs to introduce them to Shef and help them succeed
- Build and roll out processes and playbooks designed to scale up supply-building efforts
- Facilitate and improve taste testing evaluations to maintain quality standards and filter for high-quality newly onboarded shefs
- Manage top shef relationships on an ongoing basis, providing strategic guidance and support
- Define target dishes, menus, cuisines, and categories for the platform based on consumer research and feedback
âš¡ Requirements
- Culinary expertise or experience, with the language, knowledge, and creativity to work with shefs on crafting menus full of target dishes
- 3+ years of experience in food, account management, strategy, sales, operations, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food science, business, engineering, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Strong sense of empathy and ability to communicate and account manage shefs
- Capacity to take initiative in an evolving work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude
