- Lead and manage a global team of Sales Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales engineering function, optimizing processes, tools, and resources for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and solution guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to prospects and customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of solutions
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in managing and scaling Sales Engineering teams across different geographies and segments, with a focus on B2B, API-based, SaaS solutions
- Skilled in mentoring and coaching team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing processes for efficiency
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at problem-solving through scalable processes
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby, with a strong technical background in UNIX-based operating systems
- Familiar with Force Management and Command of the Message, with experience in building and leading value engineering functions
