- The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating a robust sales pipeline by engaging prospective customers.
- The role involves high-volume prospecting, including personalized social and email communications, and making 40-50 calls daily.
- The representative will coordinate discovery calls for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams is necessary to support successful campaigns.
- The representative will also represent the Sift brand at industry conferences and events.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have at least one year of prior sales experience, preferably in a SaaS, Tech, or Startup environment.
- A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for Business or Technical majors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a passion for sales.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn is highly desirable.
