- The representative will help potential customers navigate the online insurance shopping experience and obtain quotes.
- Existing customers will receive assistance with basic administrative and billing questions.
- The main goal is to ensure quick and thorough responses to customer inquiries.
- The position requires working a PM shift from 10am to 6pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
