- Lead strategic projects across new initiatives, finance, marketing, content, and other functions
- Drive key pillars of operational cadence like goal-setting, metrics setting and reviews, board meeting preparation, and investor updates
- Act as a thought partner to the leadership team on organizational priorities and processes
- Create scalable plans that integrate a comprehensive vision with an understanding of real-world constraints

- Proficiency in modeling business problems, forecasting, and using analytics tools is required
- Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable
