- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in high-performance applications such as test site operations or launch site operations. - A strong background in engineering fundamentals across multiple disciplines, including thermodynamics, fluids, and software, is essential. - The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to implement real-time solutions. - Strong leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role. - A bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a similar field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
