✨ About The Role
The role involves driving growth in both net new and expansion revenue by building comprehensive sales strategies and executing the full sales cycle motion with Small to Medium sized businesses
Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking
The position requires being the face and voice of the company at industry trade shows and conferences, and collaborating with various departments to build solutions
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
âš¡ Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS startup environment with at least 1+ years of experience working in a high volume inside or outside sales environment selling to Small to Medium sized businesses
Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing, with excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with various departments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with occasional travel to trade shows and conferences required
Bonus points for early stage startup experience, working in the restaurant tech industry, being based in NYC or willing to relocate, and experience selling at trade shows and conferences
