- The Enterprise Account Executive will drive the sales process for larger mid-market and enterprise organizations, primarily focusing on US customers. - Responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting to showcase Superside's design solutions tailored to each lead's specific needs. - The role involves developing and converting opportunities, leveraging self-sourced leads with support from the Business Development team. - The candidate will maintain a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce, managing both fast-moving and slower-moving opportunities. - Collaboration with the Customer Success Team and Creative Project Managers is essential to identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. - The role requires managing procurement processes, including RFI/RFQ/RFP, with large corporations. - The candidate will contribute to the development of the sales team and the overall go-to-market strategy, including sales training and customer care initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of field sales experience, particularly in selling creative services to larger mid-market and enterprise organizations. - A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a Master's degree being a plus, indicating a strong educational background. - The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable engaging with executive management. - Strong storytelling skills are essential for driving the sales process and delivering compelling sales pitches. - A genuine interest in design and a passion for shaping the future of work will contribute to the candidate's success in this role. - Proven ability to work independently with a self-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets is crucial. - The candidate should have strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a desire for continuous professional development.
