- The Staffing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in redefining staffing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Responsible for independently leading and driving the achievement of OKRs in collaboration with senior management
- Conduct hypothesis-driven data analysis and oversee KPIs to ensure top-notch teams are consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proactively identify operational challenges and spearhead enhancements within staffing operations
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives

- Experience in strategy or operations, preferably at a tech start-up/scale-up, with 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Proficient in spreadsheet skills, with analytics skills in tools such as SQL, R, and Python as a plus
- Detail-oriented with high personal standards for quality and accountability
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and excellent stakeholder management skills
