✨ About The Role
- The Telehealth Care Team Operations Associate will provide support services to the neurodegenerative community across the US
- Responsibilities include scheduling and care coordination, case review, care facilitation, and communication tasks
- The role involves engaging with patients, caregivers, and healthcare organizations to ensure members have the care and assistance they need
- The position requires basic knowledge of frequently prescribed medications, handling medical records, and coordinating various services for members with complex health needs
- The CTOA will work remotely and be responsible for managing appointments, tracking scheduling tasks, and supporting the care team in providing personalized care to patients with neurodegenerative diseases

- Experience in coordinating and managing referrals, handling and reviewing medical records, and patient communication
- Comfortable with technology and EHR systems, with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment that has experienced rapid growth and change
- Flexible with working hours, preferably on the West Coast Time
