✨ About The Role
- The Associate Director of U.S. Philanthropy will manage GFI's major gift portfolios in the Midwest and Southeast regions.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of development experience, including five years in a major gifts officer capacity.
- A proven track record of successfully closing principal-level gifts of $1M or more is essential.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to cultivate relationships with individuals and families with major gift potential.
- Experience in managing and mentoring fellow development team members is important for this role.
- The candidate must have extensive philanthropic experience in the U.S. Midwest and Southeast regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective donor engagement.
