- The Client Experience Associate will serve as a primary contact for investors during the busy tax season.
- Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- The role involves collaborating with the brokerage operations team on account onboarding and compliance processes.
- The position is contracted for 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on business needs.
- The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, totaling 27 hours per week.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Experience or Service role.
- A background in the financial industry, particularly with licensing such as Series 7 and 63, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential, especially in handling challenging customer inquiries with empathy and thoroughness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective customer interaction.
- Attention to detail is important, particularly when assisting with KYC/AML operations and account onboarding.
