- As a Client Experience Associate, you will be a primary point of contact for tens of thousands of investors, providing exceptional support via email, phone, and chat.
- The role involves responding to and resolving customer requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will assist with KYC/AML operations and account onboarding, working closely with the brokerage operations team.
- The position includes creating educational content for customers, such as how-to articles and videos, to enhance their understanding of services.
- There is an opportunity to translate customer needs into recommendations for engineering, allowing you to influence the Titan roadmap directly.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Service role, demonstrating a strong background in client interaction.
- Candidates must possess relevant licenses, specifically Series 7 and 63/66, indicating a solid understanding of financial regulations and client management.
- Successful individuals will have exceptional written and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, enabling them to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- The role requires a resourceful problem-solver who can manage challenging customer issues with empathy and completeness.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk is essential for efficient customer engagement.
