- As a Client Experience Associate, you will be a primary point of contact for thousands of investors, providing support through email, phone, and chat. - The role involves responding to customer requests and resolving issues efficiently while developing best practices for customer engagement. - You will assist with KYC/AML operations and account onboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth processes for clients. - Creating educational content such as how-to articles and videos will be part of your responsibilities to enhance customer understanding. - The position offers an opportunity to translate customer needs into actionable recommendations for the engineering team, influencing the product roadmap.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Service role, demonstrating a strong background in client interaction. - Candidates should possess the necessary licenses (7 + 63/66) to engage with clients effectively. - A successful candidate will be resourceful and empathetic, capable of handling a variety of customer inquiries and challenges. - Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, particularly in technical issues, along with the ability to ask the right questions to resolve problems. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as attention to detail is a key aspect of the role.
