- Responsible for shaping full-funnel marketing strategies to build awareness, drive demand, and contribute to overall pipeline growth
- Manage paid LinkedIn strategy to drive leads and coordinate with PMM on targeting and messaging
- Develop YouTube strategy to build awareness and drive growth, optimizing campaigns leveraging placements, bidding, and targeting
- Work closely with internal and external designers to develop and test performant social ads
- Monitor lead quality and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies to execute channel strategies and deliver results

- Experienced in running paid acquisition campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn, with a track record of driving growth impact
- Proficient in managing B2B campaigns on YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Skilled in ad creative best practices and platform targeting capabilities
- Proactive in collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills to report performance insights and optimize campaigns for better results
