- Educate realtors and buyers on the value of UpEquity and its products
- Build and manage a pipeline of agents and homebuyers, ensuring top service
- Review and present offers to listing agents on homes currently on the MLS
- Document and follow-up on all activities within the CRM database
- Accountable for converting leads and bringing clients onboard
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Saas, Proptech, or Fintech industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Background in real estate is helpful but not required
- Must be a self-starter with a "get-it-done" mentality
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- Exceptional communication skills and a high work ethic are required
- Confidence, persistence, and relationship-building skills are key for success in this role
- A passion for continual learning and a willingness to be coached is important
