- Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and recognition programs
- Oversee the international recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years of experience in talent acquisitions and human resources, focusing on culture, employee experience, and recruitment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful culture and engagement programs
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
