⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is required, with an MBA preferred. - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in pivotal marketing roles and at least 5 years of marketing leadership experience. - Experience with marketplaces, particularly within the software industry, is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess proven success in growth marketing and marketplace-focused roles. - Strong analytical skills are necessary, with the ability to distill data into actionable strategies. - The individual should have a comprehensive understanding of user funnels, onboarding processes, and retention strategies. - Proficiency with contemporary marketing tools and technologies is expected. - Stellar communication and partnership skills are crucial for collaboration across teams. - The candidate should demonstrate innate leadership qualities, with a focus on nurturing and inspiring teams.
