✨ About The Role
- The Sr. Full Stack Engineer will work on the core VergeSense Occupancy Intelligence Platform, focusing on customer-facing features such as visualizations, analytics, data storage, and APIs
- Responsible for technical roadmaps, collaborating with various departments, and shaping the overall product roadmap
- Expected to be a strategic thought partner for leaders across the organization on driving business impact through application feature delivery
- Will coach and mentor the next generation of strong engineers on the team
- This individual contributor role has significant impact within the software engineering team and on the product teams collaborated with
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced full stack engineer with at least 5-8 years of industry experience in software engineering
- Proficient in JavaScript/React and Ruby/Ruby on Rails with a deep understanding of OOP and API design patterns
- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Passionate about writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
