- Within the first three months, the candidate is expected to understand the company's mission and assess the status of ongoing projects.
- By six months, the manager should create a strategic plan for the engineering team aligned with company goals and introduce enhancements to engineering processes.
- After 12 months, the candidate will drive long-term engineering initiatives, support team development, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on engineering performance.

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of extensive experience in mechanical engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in managing and leading engineering teams.
- A successful Mechanical Engineering Manager will possess strong expertise in mechanical design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- The candidate should have strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or other methodologies, capable of handling multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required for this role.
