- Within the first three months, the candidate is expected to understand the company's mission and assess the status of ongoing projects.
- By six months, the manager should create a strategic plan for the engineering team aligned with company goals and introduce enhancements to engineering processes.
- After 12 months, the candidate will drive long-term engineering initiatives, support team development, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on engineering performance.
