- Collaboration with supply chain and manufacturing on production transfer activities is also a key responsibility.

- A successful candidate will have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of industry experience.
- The ideal individual will have a demonstrated track record in designing and architecting mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly Onshape, is essential for this role.
- Candidates should possess extensive experience in detailed part design, including high precision machining and injection molding.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to distill complex technical information into clear messages for diverse audiences.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment is crucial.
- Experience managing cross-functional development partners will be beneficial for this position.
