✨ About The Role
- Responsible for proactively and reactively improving the reliability infrastructure of the company's systems
- Build and extend platforms to enhance system reliability and performance
- Develop and operate load and correctness testing at scale for a fleet of services
- Collaborate with internal project management teams and external partners to manage and enhance incident response technology
- Work closely with product engineering teams to embed reliability and performance improvements into the development process

- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience, preferably with a focus on backend/platform projects
- Strong drive to troubleshoot and resolve issues in systems with multiple components
- Demonstrated technical leadership and initiative in previous projects
- Curious, autonomous, and accountable individual with a desire to grow and excel in an engineering role
- Ability to embody and promote engineering best practices within a team setting
