- Provide exceptional support to customers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues via chat and email - Become a technical expert on the company's product and related technologies like SSO, Salesforce, and Slack - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to escalate high-priority issues and contribute to product roadmap decisions - Work in a fast-paced startup environment with shift hours from 8am to 5pm PT (9am to 6pm MT) - Fully remote role with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in providing customer support for software products, particularly in the enterprise SaaS industry - Strong technical and written communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, and other related technologies - Process-driven with great attention to detail, ensuring all SLA response times are met - Empathetic towards customers, dedicated to resolving problems and providing exceptional support - Enthusiastic about the startup environment and eager to contribute to the growth of the company
